Can the designs be fully branded?
Yes. Logos, products, mascots, campaign lines, brand colors. We design the set with you and your team approves every piece before print.
Why is corporate priced differently than a party?
Because it's doing a different job. A party rental entertains guests; an activation generates dwell time, impressions, content, and a branded object that outlives the event. Scope, hours, quantities, and design complexity all scale with it.
How much space does the machine need?
About as much as a cocktail table, with no power required. It works indoors or in covered outdoor spaces, and we coordinate placement with your venue or event team. Full specs are on the Planners + Venues page.
What's the lead time?
4–8 weeks for custom design work. If your event is sooner, reach out anyway. Depending on scope and The Vault's pre-designed options, faster turnarounds are sometimes possible.
Do you do multi-day or recurring events?
Yes. Festivals, multi-day conferences, and recurring brand programs are scoped individually. Tell us the run of show and we'll build the quote around it.
Where do you travel?
Based on Amelia Island, freely serving Northeast Florida including Fernandina Beach and Jacksonville. Farther travel is available depending on scope.
